Sarung Banggi Festival

Commemorates the birth of Potenciano V. Gregorio, composer of the immortal love song "Sarung Banggi." Known for the annual Parade of Dancing Lights where every barangay showcases its interpretation of the song in Spanish-era costumes after twilight.
