Sarung Banggi Festival

May 19-27 · Sto. Domingo, Albay

Commemorates the birth of Potenciano V. Gregorio, composer of the immortal love song "Sarung Banggi." Known for the annual Parade of Dancing Lights where every barangay showcases its interpretation of the song in Spanish-era costumes after twilight.

Tiwi, Albay A week-long showcase of events highlighted by a street presentation by different schools and sectors. The peak event is a maritime procession of local sea vessels on the Pacific Ocean going to Barangay Joroan, home of the miraculous image of Nuestra Senora de Salvacion.
